Lynn “Julio” Edward Akers, 55, of Bristol, TN, passed away on Saturday, November 4th, 2018.

He was born in Bristol, TN. He graduated Sullivan Central High School. He worked at I-81 Motorsports exit 44 and did roofing with his brother.

Lynn was preceded in death by his parents, James and Elizabeth Akers; brothers, James Franklin Akers, William Westly Akers;

Lynn is survived by his wife, Denise Akers; sons, Robert Edward Akers, Edward Lynn Akers; daughter, Elizabeth Marie Akers; six grand children; brother, Robert Akers; sister, Kitty Whitaker; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held at Living Waters (1806 Kentucky Ave. Bristol, TN) on Saturday November 10th at 2pm.
