Louise Bernard Tittle, 71, of Kingsport, TN, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 9, 2019 surrounded by her loved ones. Louise was born in Kingsport. She went to Sullivan West High School. She was a member of Primitive Baptist on Rock Springs Road. She was the most loving mother anyone could have asked for.
Louise is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Eva Mae Bernard; and her brother, Clarence Bernard Jr.
She is survived by her son, Wallace “Bubba” Clinton Tittle and wife Carrie; daughters, Heather Tittle Lockett and husband Brian, and Angela Bernard; grandchildren, Cody, Morgan, Kasie, Zach, Mikayla and Kenny; brother, T.J. Bernard and wife Pat; sisters, Dorothy Ryans, Helen Robertson and husband Ellis; and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Baileyton, TN with Pastor Shelton Meade officiating.
