Lois Faye Dixon

Lois Faye Dixon, 75, of Lebanon, VA, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 31, 2017. She born on November 6, 1941, the daughter of the late Ballard McFadden and Lucy Horn McFadden. She lived most of her life in the Russel County area and enjoyed spending time with her family. She is also preceded in death by her brother, John Luther McFadden; and sister, Phillis Holmes. She is survived by her children, Greg Dixon, Beverly Dixon, Robin Rose and Blake Dixon; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and siblings, Wayne McFadden, Sandra Jessee and Janice Campbell. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Green Valley Baptist Church (695 Green Valley Road, Lebanon, Virginia, 24266). The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. The committal and burial will be held on Friday, February 3, 2017 at Elkins Cemetery in Russell County, Virginia. The funeral procession will be leaving the church Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to be serving the family of Ms. Dixon.
