Lisa Rose White

Lisa Rose White, 61, passed away on January 31, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer.

The daughter of Frankie and Rose Smith, Lisa had one son, Charles Dylan White, whom she loved so much and was so proud of. She met the love of her life, Tim Norris, on September 12, 2008, at which time they chose to live the rest of there lives together, so she and her son moved to east Tennessee. Lisa loved the outdoors and her animals, especially the love she had for her dog "Puppy." She developed an everlasting friendship with Tim's mother, Wanda Bentley, a forever friend/mother-in-law. She was also loved by Tim's brother, Tony, and his wife, Terena, and two close relatives, her Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Linda Lowhorn.

A graveside committal service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Finks Cemetery, 1015 Cox Hollow Road, Kingsport, TN,
