Kenneth Eugene Head

Kenneth Eugene Head, 50, of Kingsport, TN, passed away unexpectedly at Holston Valley Medical Center on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, after being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer just 3 short weeks prior. He was born on July 30th, 1974 at Holston Valley Medical Center.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Mae Head (Gilliam); his father, James Cecil Head; his wife, Angela Michelle Head (Winegar); and his brother-in-law, Hugh S. Crawford, Jr.

Those left to cherish Kenneth's memory are his daughters, Alexis Head of the home, and Caitlin Head of Kingsport; his son-in-law, Uriel Simpson (Danny); his fiance, Amy Denney of the home; his grandchildren, Grayson, Damien, Malachi, Malia, McKinley, and Ceciliah; his sister, Debra Crawford of Kingsport; his niece, Crystal Haynes; his nephew, Kaden Haynes; his brothers-in-law, Logan Price and Adam Price; and his special friends, Mike and Jo Gragg, Shannon Phillips, and Michelle, Jewelea, and Mike Parker.

Kenneth enjoyed spending quality time with his grandchildren and helping those in need. He was a jack of all trades, working in the automotive industry for most of his life, as well as landscaping and agriculture. He loved the Dallas Cowboys and watching wrestling, still practicing those WWE moves all the way to age 50. He was an avid music enthusiast with a very wide range of interests. He was also the King of corny dad jokes. Kenneth will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
