Junior Lee Hunley

Junior Lee Hunley, 61, of Erwin, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 24, 2025.

He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Jerry and Anna Hunley; brothers, Michael and Ricky Hunley; niece, Angel Woods; and several aunts and uncles.

Junior is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, Salley; his cherished children, Brandon, Steven, and Anthony (Kingsport), Justin, and Mary Hunley (Gate City); sister, Rita Woods (Gate City); brother, Teddy Hunley (Hiltons); and his treasured grandchildren, Billy, Evan, Deon, Shelby, and Makkenna. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will remember him fondly.

Junior's life was marked by his unwavering love for family and friends, a strong sense of community, and a kind heart that touched the lives of many.

Arrangements are currently incomplete and will be announced at a later time.

The family is asking for donations towards the funeral expenses be made directly to Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home.
