Judy Ann Higgins, 68, of Fall Branch, TN, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Davis and Norma Talmadge Carter Davis; ten brothers and sisters.
She is survived by son, Jason Higgins; brother, Roy Davis; sister, Marie Sword; grandchild, Micayla Ann Higgins.
Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday February 19th from 5pm to 7pm at Trinity Memorial.
