Joyce Ann Belanger

Joyce Ann Belanger, 75, of Kingsport, TN, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday July 30, 2023, after a long battle with heart disease.

Joyce was a true matriarch who fiercely loved and defended her family. She retired from Walgreens after 20 years of service.

She is survived by; her daughter, Cynthia Richard, who was preceded by her husband, Russ Richard; her son, Armand Belanger III and wife Morgan; her son, Derrick Belanger and wife Jennifer; step son, Michael Belanger and wife Andrea; step daughter, Michelle Belanger; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. Kulp and the cardio team at Holston Valley Medical Center. Members of the family ask, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the Heart Center at 2050 Meadowview Parkway #205, Kingsport, Tennessee 37660.

Services and Celebrations will be held Tuesday, August 1st, 2023 at 5:00 pm at the Scott County Park and Golf Course. The address is 247 Fore Drive, #101, Gate City, VA 24251.
