Joshua Pierce Adkins

Joshua Pierce Adkins, 43, of Kingsport, Tennessee, was called home to the Lord on March 18, 2023. Joshua was born in Kingsport, TN, the son of the late Virgie Chase and Kenneth Adkins.
Joshua enjoyed baseball, the outdoors, music, skateboarding, and his family. He was selfless and would do anything to make others smile-a free spirit. Joshua was a member of the Kingsport Moose Lodge, Kingsport Eagles, and Elizabethton Elk Lodge.
Joshua was preceded in death by his brother, Kenny Adkins; sister, Jessica Adkins.
Surviving are his son, Daniel Starnes; daughters, Kierstyn and Kurstin Adkins; step-father, Steve Chase; sisters, Jeanene Steadman and Stephanie Chase; brother, Brian Chase; nieces and nephews, Cody Adkins, Sara Hensley, Luke Hensley, Sagan Fleenor, Anna Fleenor, and Hailey Chase; Also, special great nieces and nephews that he adored and many others that he took in as his own.
The family will receive visitors at Trinity Memorial Centers, 1221 Stewball Circle, Kingsport, TN, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Thursday, March 23, 2023, followed by a Celebration of Life at the Kingsport Moose Lodge, 1213 Stewball Circle Kingsport, TN.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to assist with funeral expenses may be made to Trinity Memorial Centers.
