Joshua Alan Tomlinson

Joshua Alan Tomlinson, 32, of Maryville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
Josh was born to Kenny and Mary Etta Tomlinson in Morganton, North Carolina, where he spent his first eleven years before moving to northeast Tennessee. He graduated from David Crockett High School and went on to work in cabinet and flooring manufacturing. Josh had three beautiful children: Gavin, Maryetta, and Zeke.
Josh is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Etta Tomlinson; grandfather, Harley Haynes; uncle, Clayton Haynes; aunt, Jennifer Reynolds; grandmother, Penny Gouge.
Those left to cherish Josh's memory include his parents, Kenny and Becky Tomlinson; sons, Gavin Tomlinson, Zekiel Tomlinson; daughter, Maryetta Tomlinson; grandparents, Clifford and Suzanne Tomlinson, Judy Haynes, Elaine Sigmon, Richard Hyder; brother, Jamie (Valeasha) Tomlinson; sisters, Malia Tomlinson, Jaydan Hubbard; nieces and nephews, Aibree Tomlinson, Brayden Tomlinson, Easton Tomlinson, Kaden Wood, Dominic Hacking; multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Trinity Memorial Centers, 1221 Stewball Circle, Kingsport, TN, then will leave in procession for a graveside service at 1:30 PM at Depew's Chapel Cemetery, 2950 Reservoir Road, Kingsport, TN. Pastor Clifford Tomlinson will be officiating.
