Joseph Caleb Dobler "Joey'' was called home to be with the Lord on October 28, 2020. His 3 year journey with cancer has been met with God's grace and abounding love. He peacefully passed surrounded by his loved ones in a homelike setting at Wellmont Hospice House in Bristol Tennessee. Joey was born on April 4, 1981 in Orange Park, Florida to Richard and Valta Dobler. He was a graduate of Piedmont High School in North Carolina. He met and married his best friend and love of his life Melinda. Joey was an exceptional father to his two boys Austin and Jeremiah. Fishing was his go to hobby and he loved anyone who would join him. Traveling was a passion and he loved every moment making memories with his family. Joey worked in sales and he always found a way to connect with people around him. He was a magnet for laughter and formed long lasting friendships with some very special people. Joey was an honest man, a dependable man, and a loving man. Joey LOVED Love! He always offered advice and had a listening ear ready. Above all else, His family meant the World to him. Joey touched so many lives with his kindness. His love will be greatly missed by all. He is survived by his wife, Melinda Anne Dobler; two children, Austin Kingdom Dobler and Jeremiah Carson Dobler; Father and Mother, Richard Dobler and Valta Dobler; Brothers, Ryan Hensley, Sammy Dobler and his wife Lacy Dobler; their two children, Stella Dobler and Henry Dobler; along with three Brother in Laws, Two Sister in Laws and several Nieces and Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. The family is planning a Special Celebration of Life Memorial Service. Place, Date, and Time will be announced in the forthcoming days.
