Joe Franklin Crabtree

Joe F. Crabtree, age 85, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Lannie Crabtree; sisters, Mary, Ferrel, and Joy; brother, Jay; grandsons, Aaron Crawford and Shane Crabtree; and great-grandsons, Carson Laster and Kamryn Lawson.

Joe is survived by his loving wife, Wanda; daughters, Lana (Lenny), Tonya (Darrell), Deborah (John), and Kimberly (James); and sons, Joe Jr. (Jeni) and Timothy. He was a proud grandfather to 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters Lou Statzer and Betty Taylor, and brothers Billy and Wayne. Joe's dear friend, Larry Otts, held a special place in his heart.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Amedisys Hospice and the compassionate care provided by nurses Megan, Thersa, and Amanda.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, March 24th, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Mt. Carmel, Tennessee.
