Joan Martin Fink

JoAn Martin Fink, 66, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2019. JoAn's life experiences saw her as a Navy Veteran, retired Baltimore Co. Police Officer, wife and mother. Ron and JoAn were foster parents for seventeen years. She was known and highly recognized for her talents, work ethic, as well as her giving heart. JoAn is preceded in death by her parents, Clifton H. Martin and Marilyn Everett Martin. JoAn is survived by her husband, Ron; son, Mark R. Kyllingstad Jr and wife, Catherine; grandsons, Shane Kyllingstad and Heath Kyllingstad; sister, Betty Feathers; nephew, Chad Freeman; grandnephew, Phoenix Freeman; and several Martin family members and several Everett family members. There will be a CELEBRATION of life on Tuesday 4/16 at Kingsport First Assembly of God, at 2213 Brandon Ln, Kingsport, TN from 5PM to 7PM.
