Jerry Lynn Sloan Sr.

Jerry Lynn Sloan Sr entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 26, 2020. He was a loving father and papaw. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Callie Belle Sloan; brother, Gordon Sloan; and sisters, Diana and Donna Sloan. Jerry is survived by his daughter, Misty Larkins and spouse Joey Gillenwater; son, Jerry Sloan Jr. and spouse Sachia Garrett; special grandchildren, Peyton, Preston, and Preslie Larkins and Price Gillenwater; brother, Carlin Sloan; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 2, 2020 from 5pm until 7pm at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home. Pastor Will Shewey of Shades of Grace UMC will officiate. He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
