Jerry Lee Sparks, 56, of Mountain City, TN, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Sycamore Shoals Hospital after an extended illness. Arrangements be announced at a later date. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to be serving the family.
