Jeremiah Shane Fields

Jeremiah Shane Fields, 37, of Kingsport, TN, went to be with the lord on Monday, November 11, 2019. Jeremiah graduated from Dobyns-Bennett where he played football and later played for the semi-pro team the Kingsport Renegades. He loved country music, in particular Willie Nelson and George Jones, University of Tennessee football games and the NFL team The 49ers, and NC Tarheels basketball. Jeremiah lived life to the fullest, he was loved by everyone, and was always smiling and enjoyed making people laugh. Jeremiah was also the center point of every party he attended. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Meade; maternal grandparents, Harold and Jacquline Adams; and paternal grandparents, Alex and Ruth Fields. Jeremiah is survived by his mother, Penny Adams; brother, Brently Castle; children, Caitlyn Fields, Ally Fields, Journey, Lamiah, Isaiah; stepdaughter, Autumn Crawford; stepson Riley Bombailey; dad, Greg Fields; half siblings, Luke, and Charlsie; fiance and love of his life, Jenny Tyus; best friends, Jamie Hicks, and Michael Bombailey. A visitation will be held at Trinity Memorial Centers on Friday, November 15th from 5pm until 7pm. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the Fields family.
