Jeffery Lynn Morelock

Kingsport - Jeffrey Lynn Morelock, age 50, passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of Kingsport where he enjoyed motorcycles, fishing, family and friends. He attended Dobyns-Bennett High School. He is preceded in death by Jack O. Morelock, Eura Jane Morelock, W.H. Milnes, Rae E. Milnes, and several aunts and uncles. Jeffrey is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Paula Morelock; daughter, Macie May Johnson; his father and stepmother, Michael and Nancy Morelock, of Augusta, Georgia; mother and stepfather, Kathryn and Wayne Begley, of Kingsport, TN; sister, Rebecca and husband, Jason Hill, of Kingsport, TN; stepbrothers, Dennis and wife, Lisa Boydustun, of Charlotte, NC, Kenneth and wife, Tammie Boydustun and son, Noah, of Rome, Georgia, and Randall and wife, Denise Begley, of Burlington, New Jersey; stepsister, Bridget and husband, Bo Carr, of Kingsport,TN; niece and nephew, Lonnie and Raeann Hill, step nieces and nephews, Allison, Cameron, Elijah and Isabella Boydustun and Skylar and Brendan Begley; sister-in-law, Natalie Johnson and husband, Adam Byrd, and children Taylor, Caleb, Jacob, Adian, and Levi; brother-in-law, Adam and wife, Janean Johnson and child, Isaac; several aunts and uncles; and many lifelong friends. The family of Jeffrey Lynn Morelock will receive friends on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. The funeral service will follow with Evangelist Wayne Begley officiating. Burial will be at Carter Cemetery in Fort Blackmore, Virginia following the funeral service. Pallbearers will be Larry Collins, David Sims, David Browning, John John Baldwin and Toy Jenkins. Honorary pallbearers will be Big Red (Anthony Ratliff), Adam Johnson and Jason Hill.
