Forever loved, forever missed, and will be in our hearts forever. Jason Glen Shinault, age 40, of Church Hill, TN, passed away at Johnson City Medical Center on January 27th at 1:43pm. Born in Tazewell, VA. He attended Volunteer High School, Georgia Tech, and ETSU (where he was on the Deans list every semester.) He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bernard and Betty Carol Taylor Billings; his paternal grandparents, Dan Harvey and Rosa Mae Alley Shinault. Jason enjoyed computers, repairing cell phones, hiking, friends, and his precious dog Cuba. He loved learning. There wasnt much of anything you could talk about that he didnt know something about the subject. He loved to sing, play piano, and draw. He is survived by his parents, Jessie Glen and Carolyn Diane Billings Shinault of Church Hill, TN; sister, Cheryl Beth Shinault Mills of Church Hill, TN; niece, Brittany Alyssa Mockett Mills of Livingston, Montana; nephews, Kirk Allen Mills, Gabriel Ethan Mills, Blaine Alexander Mills, of Wilsall, Montana and Tyler J. Mills of Church Hill, TN; several aunts, uncles, cousins, great aunts, great uncles, second cousins. There will be no formal funeral services per Jasons request. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to a charity of your choice. Trinity Memorial Centers of Kingsport (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the family.
