James Willard Nuckels

James Willard Nuckels II of Kingsport, TN, was born August 21st, 1954. He passed away peacefully on Monday, July 8, 2024, with his loving wife Pam by his side.

"Chuck" took pride in his climb in life. He began young, as an auto detailer and service writer for many car lots. He found his niche as a car salesman and spent much of his career in that profession in Weber City, VA and Gate City, VA.

His spiritual journey was fraught, and hard won. He gave his life to Christ one evening through his wife's prayers for him. We can rejoice knowing that he is with Christ, his mom and dad, and his beloved son Chucky.

Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Pam Nuckels; his gained son, Darrell Odom and wife Nikki; his cat, Itty Bit; his brothers and sisters, Teresa, Joyce, Terri and husband Ivan, Billy and wife Rita, Gary and wife Jennifer, Cindy, and Anita; his children, James "Jamie" and wife Jackie, Cherie and husband Taylor; grandchildren, Brianna, Ethan, Jesse, and Zachary; many loved cousins, nephews and nieces(The Breeze loved y'all!); and many loyal friends and extended family members.

Chuck's final services will be held at Trinity Memorial Centers, 1221 Stewball Circle, Kingsport, Tennessee 37660, on Saturday, July 13th, 2024 between 3pm-5pm.

Visitors that wish to pay respects can come and go between 3pm-4pm. The services will be held between 4pm-5pm. Justin Bise has graciously offered to perform Dad's eulogy and offer prayers.

Chuck will be remembered for all the heart, love, and generosity that he shared with his family and friends. He truly loved each and every single one of them - and if you knew him, you knew it. When his time came, he carried himself with strength, humor, and a heart full of love. He will be missed dearly.
