James Keener Cox

James Keener Cox, 68, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 29, 2015 surrounded by his family. He was of the Baptist faith. James was born in Sullivan County to the late James Earl Cox and Mary Elizabeth Ratliff Cox. He is preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Marshall and Carolyn Sherfey. Surviving is one son, Keener Dale Cox and wife, Misty; two daughters, Tina R. Quillen and husband, Wayne and Crystal G. Bledsoe and husband, David; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; and brother, Wayne E. Cox and wife. The family of Mr. James K.
