James David Rowe

James David Rowe age 80, went to be with the Lord surrounded by his family on Thursday, December 29, 2016. He was the son of the late W.F "Jim" Rowe and Eunice Grace Hyder Rowe. He was very devoted to his family and enjoyed watching his grandchildren. He worked for AFG Industrys, Kingsport plant for 42 years. Mr. Rowe was a member of the Kingsport Lodge #688, the Sullivan County Scottish Rite Club and the Knoxville Scottish Rite of Freemasonry. He is also preceded in death by his sister; Janice Kilpatrick He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Joyce; son, Jeffery Rowe and wife Edna; grandchildren; Linsey Rowe Duncan and husband Tyler, Cory James Rowe, sister; Joy Jordan, brother; Gary Rowe, Visitation for family and friends will be held from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. Wednesday January 4th at Trinity Memorial Centers (Kingsport Location). A memorial service will follow at 1:00 P.M with Pastor Brian Johnson officiating.
