Jaime Carol Starnes

Jaime Carol Starnes, 59, passed away from cancer on April 28th, 2017 at Holston Valley Hospital. Jaime was born in Niagra Falls, New York. She liked collecting gemstones, jewelry, and shoes. She resided in Kingsport, Tennessee for the past 25 years. Jamie had a high spirit and liked having fun. She leaves behind many good friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Harrison and Ira Belle Starnes. Survived by her adopted brother, William J. Kilgore; some aunts and cousins. A wake will be held at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home on Saturday, May 6th 2017, from 3pm to 4:30pm. In lieu of flowers, monetary donations to the family can be sent to the funeral home. Make check payable to William J. Kilgore in memo for Jaime's funeral. Ashes will be interred privately in South Carolina.
