Jacob Isaac Teague

November 26, 1993 - September 11, 2019

The wonderful young man Jacob Isaac Teague was a beautiful gift to this earth over 25 years. He was born in Kingsport, Tennessee, and originally raised in the remarkable mountains and valleys of the East Tennessee region, with also having times in Nashville, TN, Colorado & Virginia, and, a recent period in Kentucky, and much of his teens and recent life in Florida.

Jacob’s loving heart and great smile and incredible hugs brought love and joy into the lives of everyone everywhere, and, he’s left an unforgettable legacy and forever presence to many.

He’s an amazing and inseparable part of his Mother Patricia (Patty) Teague (of FL & TN), gave wonderful parenting with devotion and endless love to his “mini-me” 7y.o. Samuel Teague, was especially close to his sister Breanna Teague Flores (Rene) and his beautiful niece Paleanna Flores. His early life brought him a nurturing, attentive, beloved big brother in Joseph Teague. He grew especially close to and respectful and loving of Grandparents Ruth (“Nanny”) and Michael Flanary, and, also to Donald E. Teague, Sr, all of Kingsport, TN. He was blessed with life’s special Grandparents Jeraldine (“Gran”) and Joe Kilgore of Clintwood, VA, where he spent many special love filled times growing up. He has many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and other relatives who cherish his sweet and kind ways and ever smiling handsome face, and, so many friends and faith family too whose lives he greatly blessed and who will carry him with them always.
Jacob Teague always had a great life energy and went into everything bright eyed and positive, and was always the most caring person with the deepest loving heart.
As a child his nickname was “Zoom” because that’s the speed he did everything in. In Tenn he trained in Taekwondo and competitive boxing and basketball. For High School he graduated from Brevard Private Academy in Merritt Island, FL..

He truly loved learning and working as a Barber, and, living life to the fullest in adventures of every kind, with especially loving fishing, camping, kayaking and hiking, skateboarding and surfing, trampoline parks and zip lines, and just gathering with friends and family, and loved to share as a really great cook. He enjoyed his interests in car clubs, four wheeling and his trucks. All the way around he was a guy full of life and fun.

Jacob Teague was truly one of those unique incredible people you are blessed to have known in this life. His life path was never easy and yet he pushed strongly forward and didn’t complain, but turned it into the best qualities that he gave to this world and all of us. His love was endless and he was fiercely loyal. He walked in faith for his Creator he believed in and served. And on his last Easter (2019) he chose an ocean Baptism at Sunrise and he arose out of it with a beaming smile and great joy that lit up everywhere always. We are eternally thankful life gave Jacob to us all these almost 26 years, and, we celebrate you Jacob and we Thank You for loving us all and blessing our lives with all your wonder and truly making this world better through you. We love you forever.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the Vermont United Methodists Church. The funeral Service will follow. Graveside service will be held in private.
