Howard Henry Clark

Kingsport, TN - Howard H. Clark, a beloved storyteller and avid outdoorsman, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 2nd, 2025. Howard's love for hunting, fishing, and a good Western-especially anything starring John Wayne-will be remembered by all who knew him.

Howard was a proud and dedicated employee of Brock Services at Eastman, retiring after 32 years of service. He had a gift for spinning stories, sharing laughs, and teaching life lessons along the way.

Above all, he cherished his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Dorothy Clark; daughters, Debbie Showen and Donna Tester; sister, Carolyn Clark; eight grandchildren, Christina Crawford, Cody Tester, Corey Tester, "Pete" Michael Tester, Christopher Tester, Katelyn Tester, Charlie Branham, and Courtney Laster; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Garnette Clark; brother, James "Coop" Clark; and daughter, Teresa Clark.

The family extends special thanks to Gentiva Hospice for their kindness and compassionate care.

Private graveside service will be held by the family.
