Harold Eugene Cook, 84, of Church Hill, TN, passed away peacefully at his home on June 11th, 2020. To say he succumbed to cancer would be saying he met defeat, but he spent the last two years living a warriors life. Harold faced everyday with strength, bravery, and confidence. His tears and fears were unseen, but he remained a pillar of strength. He was a loving Grandfather to many grandchildren. Harold was a loving husband, father, and friend to everyone. He never met a stranger. Harold had an extraordinary, beautiful, and simple heart, that made him a super hero to those he loved. He left his imprint on all that he came in contact with. He eased the burdens of many through his quick wit and selfless giving. Harold loved a good country song for his life had played out many of his favorite singers greatest hits. He had lyrics for every situation in life. You could count on a dance or a good flat foot. Harold was a jack of all trades and a “master to none,” so he would say. If it was broken, he could fix it. If it needed built he could build it. If love was needed, he would love it. This was Harold Eugene Cook. The world will be a bit dimmer without him in it.
