Gordon Charles Castle Jr.

Gordon Charles “George” Castle Jr., 57, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 15th, 2018 with his family by his side. George was born in Wise County, VA in 1961. He enjoyed deer hunting and fishing. He was self-employed in construction. George met his wife, Judy, almost 30 years ago and it was love at first sight. Judy had two wonderful daughters whom George quickly took a liking too and help raise. He really loved spending time with his grandbabies, they were practically his world. He will be greatly missed by many. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gordon Filmore and Ethel May Castle; brothers, Tinnie Castle, Ralph Castle, Floyd Castle, Bruce Sexton; sister, Geraldine Bullion. He is survived by his wife and soulmate, Judy; daughters, Brittney Nichole Tester and husband Ralph, Alishia Christine Gibson and David Spivey; special grandsons, Holden Luke Moss, Remington Wade Tester; mother-in-law, Pauline Ramey and the late Will Ramey; brother-in-law, Calvin Ramey and Susie; brothers, Estle Castle and wife Louise, Dallas Castle and wife Jenny; sisters, Helen Conner, Margie Castle, Alice Freeman and husband Mac; special friend, Lynn Hutson. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Trinity Memorial on October 17th from 5pm to 7pm. Life Celebration will follow with Pastor Todd Jennings officiating.
