Fred Eugene Biggs

Our angel Fred Eugene Biggs went home to be with his heavenly father on the date of:March 20th,2022 with his loving wife Deborah by his side... Fred was born to Gladys Baker and Lawrence Biggs on the date of: June 13th, 1952 in Kingsport, Tennessee. He was a graduate of Lynn View High School. Fred was married to his beloved wife, Deborah Paulette Weeks on the date of November 24th,1984 in Kingsport, Tennessee and was faithfully married for (40) years. Fred was the owner/operator of the Shoe Doctor in Bristol, Virginia for many years and was a master shoe repairman. Later in Life he was employed by Alexander Prosthetic's and Orthotics as a Prosthetist for nearly (20) years. He was extremely proud of his family and loved them un-conditionally with a love that was one of a kind.. He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Biggs; Step-father, Bobby Maddox; and step-mother, Faye Biggs. Survivors include his wife, Deborah; sons, William Joseph Taylor and wife (Allison), Robert Lawrence Biggs, Bryon Marshall Biggs; mother, Gladys Maddox; brother, Aaron Norris; several nieces and nephews; and other special relatives and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Ballad Health (Wilcox Hall) Palliative Care unit for their loving care of Fred during his period of declining health. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be donated to: National Prostate Cancer foundation.
