Franklin Ray Kiser Jr., 39, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023.
Frankie was born and raised in Kingsport. Although most of his life was spent in Kingsport, his favorite place he lived was Gray. Frankie loved his job as a lineman. He started at Dillard Smith construction and then later worked for Elliott Construction. He loved anything outdoors from fishing, hiking, and riding bikes. The thing he loved the most in this world was his son, Frankie. They loved to play video games and to fish together. They spent most of their days at the creek down from their house looking for tadpoles and salamanders. He also had two nieces, Kaylyn and Maleah who he treated and loved as his own. Frankie was a hug animal lover. He loved every type of animal and would do whatever it took in order to help one. He had two dogs, Dani and Raptor, which he spent a lot of his time with. He taught them all types of tricks and commands. When he wasn't fishing with son or playing with his dogs, he was spreading God's Word. He loved to talk to anyone that would listen about Jesus. He loved Gospel music and he always carried a Bible with him at all times. Frankie was devoted to his family, loving all around him and always keeping everyone safe.
