Frank David Shelley

Frank David Shelley, Sr., 57, went to be with the Lord on Thursday (February 12, 2015) surrounded by his wife, family and friends. Frank enjoyed doing handy-man work, cooking, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Joanne Shelley; brother, Billy Shelley; and sister, Diane Shelley. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Barbara Shelley, of the residence; two daughters, Kassie Shelley and Martha Shelley, both of Kingsport; son, Frank David Shelley, Jr., of Kingsport; grandson, Z.J. Lockhart; sister, Carolyn Shelley, of Kingsport; several nieces, nephews, and host of friends. The family will receive friends on Monday (February 23, 2015) at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Chapel from noon until 1 p.m. A Celebration of Life will follow with Pastor Raymond Hammonds officiating.
