Frank Carmen Burrell Jr.

Frank Carmen Burrell, Jr. of Bluff City, TN, born June 25, 1934 in Herkimer, NY, died in his home on November 8, 2017, after a short illness. Frank was proceeded in Death by his father, Frank Burrell Sr., mother, Mary Louise Baronne Burrell, brother, John Burrell, and his sister, Delores DeLucco. Frank worked at Sperry Univac until his retirement. He was an avid mechanic and Mr. Fix-It. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Frank is survived by his wife of 65 years, Shirley Moore Burrell, and 4 children, Lynda Darrow of Glade Spring, VA, Frank Burrell III (Michelle) of Bristol, TN, Kelli Musselman (Mark) of Glade Spring, VA, and Mary Burrell of Bluff City, TN. He leaves 9 grandchildren, Ryan Grainer, Lauren Grainer, Emerald Burrell, Casey Branson, Chelsea Branson, Nicole Ragan Haberecht, Joseph Ragan, Danielle Musselman Grogan, and T.J. McAninch. He had 7 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Donna Talarico and special cousin, Judy Ferri. Frank was a member of St. Anne's Church and will be inurned there on November 17, 2017, following a mass beginning at 11:30 a.m. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the family.
