Edna Nadine Lane

Edna Nadine Lane, 85, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023.
Born in Scott County, Virginia, to Ben and Roxie Neeley, Edna resided Scott County, Virginia and then Kingsport, Tennessee for many years. Edna met and married Frank Herman Lane, and the couple had three sons, Frank, Wayne, and Ray. She was a hard-working mother who raised three sons and devoted herself to them.
Edna is preceded in death by both of her parents as well as her brothers, Willie Neeley, Pat Neeley; three infant siblings, granddaughter, Jennifer Lane.
Those left to cherish Edna's memory include her sons, Frank (Lucille) Lane, Jr. of Cosby, TN, Wayne Lane of Kingsport, TN, Ray (Rhonda) Lane of Walker, LA; brother, Fred Neeley, Kingsport, TN; sisters, Gladys Roberts, Duffield, VA, Ruby Rhoton, Kingsport, TN, Annabelle Roberts, Duffield, VA, Linda Holtzclaw, Kingsport, TN; granddaughters, Amanda Lane, Brooke McMillon, Chelsie Lane, Jessica Lane; grandson, Jessie Wayne Lane, Jr.; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews
The family will receive friends from 10 AM to 12 PM on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home, 1221 Stewball Circle, Kingsport, Tennessee. A funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 PM with graveside interment to follow at 2 PM, Roberts Cemetery, 828 Goode Hollow Road, Duffield, Virginia.
