Earl Wayne Wallen

Earl Wayne Wallen, age 56, of Church Hill, TN passed away peacefully at his sisters residence on Friday, August 16, 2019 after an extended illness. He was a lifelong resident of this area and was of the Christian faith. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing, shooting guns, and sports. Earl is preceded in death by his sons, Josh Wallen and Jeremy Wallen; parents, Eckel and Diana Wallen; brother, Eckel Ivan Wallen; and step-mother, Mary Maxine Wallen. He is survived by his sister, Deborah Pressley and fiance, Danny Lane, of Hiltons, VA; brothers, Christopher Wallen and wife, April Mitchell Wallen, of Kingsport, TN, Johnny Wallen and wife, Heather, and Jeff Wallen and wife, Sue, both of Church Hill, TN; special cousin, Tony Wallen and wife, Michelle, of Church Hill, TN; and several other cousins, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Shades of Grace United Methodist Church at 1:00 PM on Saturday August 24th with Pastor Will Shewey officiating.
