Dwight Thomas "Tom" Cook, Sr.

Dwight Thomas "Tom" Cook, Sr., 62, of Bristol, TN, passed away on August 3, 2018. He was self employed and he attended Union Hope Presbyterian Church. He loved spending time with his grand babies. He was a very hard worker and he could do most anything needed. He is preceded in death by his parents, Hazen and Catherine Fauver Cook; sister, Clara Craig; and brothers, Kermit, Lester, David and John Cook. Tom is survived by his wife of 16 years, Connie Cook; daughter, Bobbie Sue Crouse; son, Thomas Cook (Chelsea); grandchildren, Trystan Stringer, Aglaia Stringer and Deaglan Crouse; brothers, Roy (Bobbie), Dan (Laura), Mack (Jessie), Graham (Mary) and Calvin (Donna); sisters, Christine Lory, Dorcas Rosenbalm (Stanley), Debra Cornette (Jessie), Marie Henson and Alice Hunsucker (David); stepdaughter, Lindsey (Cerry) Lane; and mother of his children, Sandra Estep. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home. The service is to follow at 8:00 PM with Pastor Mark Barr officiating. Graveside will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Cook Family Cemetery (377 Cook Hollow Road, Bristol, TN). In lieu of flowers, the family has requested for donations to be made to Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses.
