Dorothy Lee Pixley

Dorothy Lee Pixley, 88, of Greeneville, TN, went home to be with her Savior on Sunday, March 15th, 2020. Dorothy was born in 1931 in Richmond, Va. She loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Salem for over 40 years. “Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares” Heb 13:2. She had such a kind heart and loved those around her surely she was an Angel sent here from above. Preceded in death by her husband, Don Pixley; parents, Hampton and Laura Bowen; sister, Peggy Moore. She is survived by her Salem Church Family; and special friends the ladies of Salem Church. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday March 17th from 2:00 pm till 4:30pm at Salem Cumberland Presbyterian Church (1927 Lost Mountain Pike, Greeneville, TN). Service will follow with Pastor Billy Moore and Rev. Dallas Moore officiating. Graveside will follow in the church cemetery with the church family as pallbearers.
