Donna Kaye Tate Davis, 57 , passed away on Monday, November 16, 2015 surrounded by her family. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. She loved working with her husband in their flower beds and when she wasnt outside in her flower beds, she was watching the race or football. She was loved by many and will be missed. She was preceded in death by her mother, Wilma Gaye Tate; grandparents, Clyde and Sue Horne and George and Ruby Tate; and her in-laws, Joe and Nancy Davis; She is survived by her loving husband, Ted Davis, of 19 years; father, Jack Tate and wife, Wanda; sisters, Diane Ballinger and husband, Steve and Pam White; brother, David Tate and wife, Barbie; stepbrothers, Michael Aistrop and wife, Michelle and Rodney Aistrop and wife, Cindy; stepsister, Sherri Marshall and husband, Jeff; children, Jeremy Lee, Cherica Lee, Daniel Lee, and Shawna Lee; step-children, Matthew Davis and Joey Davis; special granddaughter, Chelsea Lee; grandchildren, Navaha, Noah, Cadence, Leah, Mariah, Isabella, Gabriela, Xavier and Airanna; greatgrandson, Jayden Lee; and several nieces and nephews; The family will receive friends anytime at the residence of her father, Jack Tate (1517 Kings Road, Kingsport TN). A visitation will be held on Friday November 20, 2015 from 5pm - 7pm at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 7pm with Pastor Trevor Knight and Preacher Steve Pierce officiating. Graveside service will be held Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 10am at Depew Chapel Cemetery.
