Donald “Don” Edward Perkey, 57, of Blountville, TN, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019. Don was born in Johnson City, TN in 1962. He was a graduate of Central High School. He lived most his life in Blountville, TN. Don was a longtime former employee of Brock Services. Don was an avid NASCAR fan. Anytime there was a race on TV you knew where he was. He enjoyed going to the races as well. His favorite was Dale Earnhardt.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Georgia Perkey; brother, Robert; and sisters, Mary and Bobbie Jo.
Left to cherish his memory is his brothers, David, Ronnie, and Jimmy; sisters, Sue, Shelma, Shirley, and Penny; several nieces and nephews; and special cousins, Randy and Pam.
Special thanks to the ICU Unit of the Bristol Hospital and the Hospice House for all their special care.
