Debra Maureen Lyons

Debra Maureen Lyons, 64, of Church Hill, TN, was resting at home and flew to her heavenly kingdom on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.
Originally from Cook County, Illinois, Debra lived had lived in Wisconsin and Florida for much of her life. She moved to northeast Tennessee with her husband, John, at the end of 2021. Debra really enjoyed living here. She especially enjoyed her church family at Ridgeview Baptist in Church Hill where she had been baptized and became a member. Debra spent time volunteering at the church's food pantry and participating in other social functions at the church. She engaged with many lovely friends.
In addition to her many friends, those left to mourn Debra's passing are her husband of five years, John Lyons; mother, Bonnie (Pete) Dodge; sister, Beverly Orwig; brother, David (Carla) Mazzacano; step-brother, Brian (Gloria) Dodge; god-mother, Peggy Carlson; multiple aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be planned at Ridgeview Baptist Church, date and time to be announced.
