Debra Lee Martinez, 55, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2017. She was born December 27th, 1961, the daughter of the late Richard Lancey and Joan Warner Lancey. She enjoyed being with her church family at Fellowship Christian Church and spending time with her friends.

She is survived by her loving husband of five years, Marco Martinez; two sons, Adam and Loran Latourneau; daughter, Jamie Latourneau and special friend, Sharon and Laura.
