Debra "Debbie" Ann Conkin

Debra (Debbie) Ann Conkin, 59, of Kingsport, TN, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 17th, 2018 after a lengthy illness. Debbie was born in Norton, VA. Debbie met the love of her life, the late Coy Conkin, in high school and they were inseparable for 42 years. She had two wonderful children and grandchildren who were her joy in life. Debbie loved to read and enjoyed spending time outdoors with her family. Often they would go to the lake and camp out. She was a courageous cancer survivor of 6 years. She is greatly loved by so many and will be missed. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Coy Conkin; and her brother, Danny Greear; Debbie is survived by her daughter, Rachael Hicks; son, Jason Conkin; grand children, Dylan Conkin and Haylee Hicks; parents, Pauline Harper and Eugene Greear; sister, Patricia Begley; numerous nephews; and her faithful furry friend, Pharoah. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 24th at Trinity Memorial from 1pm to 2pm. Memorial service will follow at 2pm.
