Joyner, David Scott age 58 of Mount Carmel, TN went home to be with his maker on May 20th after a hard-fought battle with lung cancer. He was surrounded by loved ones at home at the time of passing.
David was a skilled brick mason with many of his projects displayed throughout the Tri-Cities. He touched many lives through the years with his hard work and unparalleled companionship. David was dedicated to being his best in every aspect of life which translated to being a wonderful father, grandfather, brother, and friend. His absence will truly be felt in his family and the community.
He is survived by his life partner and best friend Valerie Joyner, his son David Joyner Jr., daughters Brandi Neal and Charity Skeen, and grandchildren Lexi and Skyla Joyner, Daysha and Daylon Neal, and Paige Skeen. Also, he is survived by 7 brothers, 5 sisters, and an army of nieces and nephews.
We will be receiving friends at Trinity Memorial Center on Wednesday, May 24th from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
