David C Tarte

David Clinton Tarte, born February 13th, 1951, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 25th, 2024.

David was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandmother Bessie Mae Noel Williams, Maternal Grandfather James A. Williams, Fraternal Grandmother Nora Gray Tarte, Fraternal Grandfather Fred Tarte, Mother Hazel P. Williams Tarte, and Father Fred L. Tarte, his brother 1LT James L. Tarte, sisters Shirley Trent and Patricia Potts and his girlfriend of many years Brenda Easley.

David is survived by 4 nieces, 2 nephews, 4 great nieces, and 5 great nephews. David leaves behind lots of great friend and acquaintances, none closer than Larry Smith and his late friend Mike Reily.

David was a very loving, kind-hearted son, brother, and friend. David was a very special uncle to his nieces & nephews. He was always eager to share his love for the Bible and Christ with everyone. David loved his family, sports, writing, and most importantly his Lord & Savior Jesus Christ.

The Family wants to thank the nurses and CNA's that took care of him at Holston Manor Nursing Home.

A Celebration of Life for David will be held at his nephew's house on Sunday December 15th, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. at 2108 Westwind Drive, Kingsport, TN. 37660. Anyone that wishes to attend is welcome, please bring special memories of David.
