Darrell Hunley

Darrell Jeffrey Hunley, age 55 of Kingsport, went home to be with the Lord, January 13, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Sullivan County and has served as a Corporal in the Tennessee Defense Force. Mr. Hunley was retired from the Able Printing Company. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Hunley; and two brothers, Dwight and Wayne Hunley. Surviving are his loving wife, Debra K. Hunley of the home; mother, Helen Ruth Maine of Kingsport; brother, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Hunley; two sons, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Michael Hunley and granddaughter, Sharon Hunley of Boones Creek, and Darrell J. Hunley, Jr. of Rogersville and grandchildren, Keaton Hunley and Shaiann Wallace; one daughter, Dannielle Hunley and granddaughter Izabella of Rogersville; step- daughter, Christina Barrett and husband Joseph and three grandchildren, Dezman, Noah, and Caiden , and step-daughter, Cassandra Bledsoe and two grandchildren, Malena and Anikan all of Kingsport; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Visitation will be held from 5-7pm on Wednesday at Trinity Memorial. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00pm on Thursday January 16, 2014 in the chapel of Trinity Memorial with Reverend Jessie Swanner officiating. Burial will follow at East Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael Hunley, Darrell J. Hunley, Jr. Larry Hunley, Joseph Barrett, and Tommy Shipley. Honorary pallbearers are Tommy Sproles, Eddie Sexton and Mike Mooney.
