The Life of Daniel Chancellor Collins

Daniel Collins, a graduate of Liberty University and former campaigner for a past Governor of Virginia, passed away from multiple myeloma. He was 54 years old.
In his early years, Daniel was a dynamic and engaging individual known for his sharp intellect and passionate interest in politics. His degree in political science played a key role in his work during a Virginia governor's election campaign, a milestone he was proud of.
In his twenties, Daniel faced significant challenges as his mental health began to change. Despite these hardships, he persevered with the unwavering support of his family, who ensured he was cared for and never without a home.
Throughout his life, including his time at the assisted living facility, Daniel was always a favorite among those who knew him. Despite his mental challenges, his unique sense of humor, infectious laughter and smiles, and kind, fun-loving personality left a lasting impression on everyone around him.
Daniel is survived by his mother, Ann Collins; brothers, Galen R. Collins; Scott Collins sister, Amy Lynch; and is preceded in death by his father, Galen F. Collins.
His life was a testament to resilience, love, and the strength of familial bonds. He will be missed but never forgotten.
