Christopher Azra "Smurf" West

Christopher Azra "Smurf" West, age 39, passed away February 17, 2016. He was born May 27, 1976 in West Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Azra and Shirley K. Mullins; and four brothers. He is survived by his wife, Patti Birchfield; children, Coty, Kimberly, and Austin. Also surviving are two special ladies, Liberty and Raquel whom he loved as his own. He leaves behind his sister, Melissa Reese and husband Robert and their children, Andrew, Adam, and Alison Reese. Also, special friends who loved him unconditionally mourn his death. Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Service will be held Saturday, March 12 at noon at Shades of Grace Church, 313 East Sullivan Street. Pastor Will Shewey will officiate and Oscar Harris will provide special music.
