Charles Delancey

Charles “Chuck” Lee DeLancey, 62, of Kingsport, TN, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 26th, 2021. Chuck was born in Kingsport, Tn. He served in the Army for several years. He was a hard worker and provider for his family. Chuck had a heart of gold, he never met a stranger, and he was always there to help anyone in need. His family was his life, he loved his children and grandchildren beyond measure. In his spare time he loved to tinker with cars, outer space articles, and science fiction. Chuck leaves behind lots of friends whom he met over the years and a loving family who will miss him greatly. He is preceded in death by his father, John Delancey Sr; mother, Joyce Neeley; sister, Lois Guy; step-brother, Billy Delancey. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Delancey; children, Josh Delancey, Brandy Delancey, and Amy Delancey; sisters, Sharon Godsey, and Elizabeth Hunt; brothers, Larry and John; and several more grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
