Our husband and dad left his earthly body to meet Jesus and now he is perfectly healed. Charles Clyde Warren, 65, passed away on Wednesday, March 07, 2018. Charles was born in Marion, VA and he had lived in Kingsport, TN for 20 years after moving to this area from Oviedo, FL. He attended Grace Point Church where he was a deacon and he loved Harleys, Nascar and building race cars.
Charles is preceded in death by his grandparents and his father, Clyde Franklin Warren.
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years and 11 months, Donna Warren; his only daughter, Amber Leigh Warren (Knoxville, TN); mother, Sarah Margaret Parks Warren; fur baby, Kowee; and several other family members and friends from Tennessee, Virginia and Florida.
The family would like to send a special thank you to Kingsport Oncology Associates and Wellmont/Ballad Health Hospice.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM at Grace Point Church (1318 Shelby Street, Bristol, TN) on Saturday, March 10, 2018. A celebration of life will begin at 7:00 PM with Pastor Richard Baker officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Ben Blessing, Harrell Erwin, Gary Hubbard, Jeremy Humphrey, Gary Kestner, William Montgomery, Britt Stone, Dewayne Sullivan and Sheryl Widener.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Serving Orphans Worldwide online (soworldwide.org).
