Brittany Sutherland

It is with heavy hearts we announce Brittany Danielle Sutherland, 32, of Kingsport, TN, gained her heavenly reward on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Brittany graduated from New Vision Academy in Nashville, Tennessee. She was a giving person and would give anyone the shirt off her back. Brittany loved to spend time outdoors and her family would say she was a “tom-boy.” She loved spending time with her animals. She loved her family with her whole heart. Brittany was a kind soul who touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Scott J. Sutherland; maternal grandparents Herbie and Mabel Fleenor; and aunts Shelby Linebaugh and Patty Fleenor. Left to cherish her memory is her children Matthew and Isiah; her father Terry Sutherland; her mother Brenda (James) McCloud; sister Sarah Sutherland; brother Caleb Sutherland; her mamaw Eva J. Sutherland; and several aunts, uncles, cousin, and friends who will miss her dearly. There will be a graveside service held on Wednesday, March 17th, 2021 at Johnson Cemetery in Blountville, Tennessee beginning at 2pm with Preacher Daniel Sutherland officiating. We ask everyone to please meet at the graveside. The family would like to thank everyone who has given donations to help cover the funeral expenses.
