Brian Francis Milby, 66, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2019. This unclaimed veteran will be honorably laid to rest at the Mountain Home National Cemetery on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 2:00 PM. Military rites will be provided by the American Legion Honor guard from Hammond Post 3 of Kingsport, TN and Post 265 of Gate City, VA. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) will be serving the family.
