Bobby G. Franklin

On Monday, February 10th, 2020, Bobby G Franklin of Fall Branch, TN passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. He was a four year veteran of the Army National Guard of Tennessee serving as an E-4 specialist. He lived his life in service to his faith, always a humble and selfless man, putting others before himself. He and his late wife fostered 73 children. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his children, Barbara Henderson, Sandra (Michael) Brown, Brenda (Ted) Flowers, Cathy (Andy) Knowles, Mandy Franklin, and Andrew (Breanna) Franklin; eight siblings, Tommy (Sherry) Franklin, Allen (Sue) Franklin, Arthur Franklin, Phyllis Hartsock, Johnny (Bridgette) Franklin, Timothy Franklin, James (Caroline) Franklin, and Steve (Christi) Franklin; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Nancy Franklin, of 55 years; parents Mack and Nancy Franklin; and grand daughter Tiffany Franklin. A memorial service will be held in Kingsport, TN on February 12th at Trinity Memorial Centers with a viewing from 9:30am until 11am. The service will follow at 11am. He will be laid to rest at the Morning View Cemetery in Bluff City, TN. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to be serving the family.
