Billy Joe Bowen

Billy Joe Bowen, 67, of Duffield, VA, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2020. Billy worked for Bartletts Tree Services his love of wood working continued as he loved to make many beautiful items. Many of these were large pieces that he shared and gave to family members and friends. Billy was preceeded in death by his mother and father, Nellie and Arthur “Ott” Bowen; brother, Aaron Bowen. He is survived by two brothers, Cecil Bowen and his wife Margaret, and Ronnie Bowen and wife Wanda; sister in law, Linda Bowen; two nieces and one nephew, and many friends. A special graveside service will be held at the Townsend - Bowen Cemetery on Friday July 17th starting at 3pm. Friends and family will service as pall bearers for Billy Joe Bowen.
